I want to say I size down? I'm usually a 12 but think I bought 11s last year?
I'm a 12 in a shoe but bought an 11 for sandals.
The 11s fit just fine.

But if you're talking about shoes, I have no idea.

GTA
Just a heads up, if you are in the west end in the GTA you can always go to the Crocs and more store at the international center.

I find the pricing to be a bit better than these clearance stuff, but the selection is hit and miss you may find something one day, nothing the next.

Do they offer free return?
Yes, per the terms included on the website:
Returning an Online Purchase to a Crocs Store
You may return your Crocs.ca purchases for refund or exchange by mail or at an official Crocs-owned retail store or kiosk. Items from orders at crocs.ca may be returned to a Crocs store for up to $250 per order. Crocs-owned stores can only refund PayPal orders in the form of a Crocs Gift Card.

Very nice. Good timing as well for my upcoming vacation to hawaii and change my shoes on the office as well now that we're finally getting spring temperature.

Wouldn't surprise me on the ebatea fine print if it said "excluded Crocs brand items".

Pretty tired of the ebates fine print / bait and switch (e.g. up to 8% for expecdia! (Well, not flights. That is $1.50 per flight - garbage)

I received ebates confirmation on cashback literally within 2 hours after placing the order. No issues on my end.

I mean I can get knockoff ones for $8 at walmart... why even buy these at 7x the price?

The $8 knockoff is probably okay, but not really following your logic.
Your 7x the price assumes $56? I don't think any item listed at 50% off is $56.

Great deal and I also just wanted to not the great customer service they have. One pair of my mom's Crocs had a broken strap and it was still within 90 days so they just sent out a free replacement. Super glued the original one and now she has 2 Crocs.

Thanks!! Got 2 pairs for myself and 1 for hubby. Sticking with the classic this time. My first pair last for over 10 years. So hopefully these will do for the next 10!
I bought other styles too but they worn out faster/not as comfee. :P
