Crunch fitness college park membership

Anyone sign up for the annual membership deal with crunch fitness and went to college park location? The gym was closed for covid since march and 2 months ago I found out that they permanently shut down. No email, nothing. I am trying to get in touch with them but am having a hard time getting in touch with anyone. Any leads would help. I might consider chargeback from credit card as last resort but they can only give me partial refund as they can only charge back for up to 120 days before today.

Thanks!

Here's their webpage, https://www.crunchfitness.ca. They do have a contact us page where you can send them an email.
Help an animal charity or sanctuary out today. Become a volunteer, advocate, foster a pet, or donate. They need you as much as you need them!

It's a bad position to be in. If you cancel the card or do a charge back, they'll probably send you to collections later on. However, I would do a charge back to stem your losses and to get their attention. It's been longer than 120 days and they should've sent some form of communications out to their members.

According to this article, https://dickinson58601.com/tag/bankrupt ... h-fitness/, Crunch Fitness has filed for bankruptcy sometime in 2020. Looks like it's time for a charge back.

Oh boy. Definitely trying the charge back route in that case
