I think it has 2 separate pumps hence the larger size. A bonus I guess in case one of your pump dies. OP any comments/expeirence with this unit?

Apparently it just slides on the valve, so when the pressure gets too high, it blows off the valve by itself.

Also, would I be able to use this for a bike tires? 700 23c

At that price, you might as well get a 2-gallon oil-less compressor....that will last you for a long time.

The dual power is interesting, i know a fellow who has drained his battery several times by filling nearly empty tires with the car not running (and presumably with a battery near its end of life)
