Curry Beef Brisket Pho like Pho Metro

Hi All,

Does anyone have a recipe of the Curry Beef Brisket Pho like Pho Metro?

It has cumin flavor to it. Don't know if it has any coconut milk in it. Trying to make it at home but can't find anything on the internet the comes close to it. Thanks in advance.

bun bo hue is my fave! its tough to make at home...not like in restuarants! my mom does make good PHO tho

it's not pho. whoever called it pho deserves to be slap until pigs fly. from the photo, high probable chance that it is a modified version ca ri (viet curry) and yes, it has coconut milk in it
