Hi there I was looking at buying a new jacket for the winter and I need help. My budget is $400 and I am a male. I have narrowed it down to 4 choices but am open to other suggestions.

1.) Nobis Cartel I can get it for $600 incl. tax

2.) CMFR Oxton I can get it for $550 incl. tax

3.) Canada Goose Chilliwack Bomber I can get it for $660 incl. tax

4.) Soia and Kyo Randy I can get it for $430 incl. tax -- I like this one because it is unique and does not look like the typical down jacket that everyone has like the CMFR and CG

Thanks and please help with your expertise!

I don't understand, you said your budget is $400 but all of your choices are over it.

I mean it sounds like you like the Soia and Kyo and it's the closest to your budget so I guess I would go with that.

#4 as its within your budget. Not a fan of wearing bombers so no comment on the look.

Look at the Arcteryx Thorium SV. It's a serious jacket not a fashion statement.
