D-Link Di-604 Router @ FS? re: MIR

Was thinking of getting this to work with xbox live. I had read the other day on these forums that some companies organizing the MIR's were not honouring the rebates, for the most part people were not receiving their refund. DOes anyone know what company that is and how I can check to see ? I know nothing's 100% but I want to be fairly sure I'm getting the refund.
