free? where? how?
Order from DQ, keep receipt, go to the DQ Fan Survey website, do survey, get code, write it on receipt, go back, present receipt, get free dilly bar.

As it says in the OP, wiser to just call ahead and see if they are a participating location.
Don’t bother going to Richmond Hill location was just there and manager had no idea what the promo was and wasn’t participating.

They had this promotion last January and I think I paid a total of $18.00 for two boxes of DQ sandwiches at a Dairy Queen in Richmond Hill, Ontario
Wow! SO if they didn't have this promo they'd charge $18 bucks for a box of ice cream sandwiches?! Could use that money to buy a couple of big tubs of ice cream containers.

There's 12 in a box, so 1.50 each. Way better than 9$ for 1 tub.

DQ ice cream is a differentiated brand, so it doesn't make sense to compare them to low-cost supermarket ice cream. Someone who is entirely affixed on low-cost will never get DQ ice cream anyways. For people who actually do, this is a good deal.

For Sandwich :
INGREDIENTS: Artificially Flavoured Vanilla Ice Milk: Modified Milk Ingredients, Sugar, Glucose, Mono And Diglycerides, Guar Gum, Polysorbate 80, Carrageenan, Artificial Flavour, Wafer: Enriched Wheat Flour, Sugar, Shortening (Vegetable, Modified Palm), Glucose-Fructose, Cocoa, Baking Soda, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Corn Or Wheat Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sulphites, Artificial Flavour.

I think i'll stick with the low-cost supermarket ice cream with REAL CREAM. And i'm not even talking about Haagen Das, etc.

My local DQ used to have butterscotch dipped cones but didn't advertise, so they stopped offering it because not many knew about it. Catch 22.

Just now, when googling, I see we're missing out on more awesomeness.
6-Dilly Bars (Butterscotch, Cherry or Chocolate) $7.60
6-Dilly Bars (Mint Chocolate, NSA or Toffee) $8.80
