I generally drink my teas cold (ice, maybe a splash of milk/lemonade etc.). What are some popular flavors?

I generally get my loose leaf teas from the tea shop beside my work, but always wanted to give DavidsTea a try. Might pick up that matcha and blueberry mix and some good ol' chai tea. Thanks OP!

Thanks OP. Also use coupon code STEEP20 for 20% off certain teas.

Worked with the Berries & Cream Matcha one.

Hi Moufasa and everyone !

If you use milk, I would avoid Hibiscus or anything bitter like lemon otherwise anything goes !

For cold drinks (also delicious hot) I would recommend the following deals :

For a morning wakeup:
Organic london fog tea espresso $8.99 Reg $15.00 100g
https://www.davidstea.com/ca_en/sale/sh ... 78203.html

For the afternoon:
Chocolate earl grey $4.49 Reg $8.98 50 g
https://www.davidstea.com/ca_en/tea/cho ... 89297.html

at night:
Tahitian vanilla $6.74 Reg $8.98 50 g
https://www.davidstea.com/ca_en/sale/sh ... 89228.html

Keep in mind that with any tea that is not pure tea (E.g. Apple bits, chocolate, pineapple, candies, coconut, etc.) you will need a LOT of tea. If you like your tea strong, a 50g bag might only make 4 (large) cups.

Thanks Op.

Order some more to try.

I have purchased 30+ types at David’s tea since 5 years ago and started my own tea journal/score since pandemic. Below are some rating/entries if anyone is interested. Note this is purely my own opinion/entry. I am Asian and usually drink Chinese green and black tea. (I am lucky that I can get them regularly from my in-laws’ friends tea farm fresh. And I am biased to good green/black tea without any added flavours)

Bravissimo taste 7.0, effectiveness 8.5 — always keep some in hand for sore throat or fighting cold days
Taste ok (strange cuz I don’t hate any of the ingredients, perhaps the chamomile pieces?) , effectiveness wise 9.5: it’s the most effective tea for throat sore, taste not that good. Pairing with or lemon juice/orange peel or Asian pear pieces for extra Vc or throat soothing.

Budda’s blend - 8.3 can buy when discount, first sip ok, then it gets better
First taste and smell seems too floral, must be the artificial floral add-on that causes this. After a sip or two the it gets better when used to it, and I like it: One can actually taste the jasmine tea, it is delicate. Ingredients looks promising except for the floral add on

Cinnamon Rooibos chai - 7.5 Exotic but only for a casual drink once in a long while
will not buy unless huge discount
Aroma stronger than taste, especially with the cinnamon. A hint of sweet (Apple?) in the taste and it gets sweeter at the bottom of the cup. Not a bad chai blend, but personally I am not a huge fan of sweet or chai so may not purchase in future. Perhaps only good to drink once in a long time, not suitable for frequent drink.

Ginger Peach Moringa-6.5 don’t buy l. Artificial floral and sweet taste.

Smell (artificial) floral and peachy, and sweet, but not in a good way. Very weak ginger taste. Not worth it.

Cold 911 - taste 7.0 effectiveness TBD
Very minty. Not sure about how effective it is for cold despite of the praise online. Let’s see if it is the real deal like the review claimed when next time I am under the weather.

Sweet ginger heat - 7.0
it’s more like sweet ginger, without heat at all . Not good enough. don’t buy in future

Taste is not so impressive or enjoyable. It is very close to the name, sweet and ginger, but not heat. Ginger usually is good but this one show ginger flavours not the real deal so better put in extra ginger to fight cold. This one is not for taste more for the function. But perhaps adding ginger to bravissimo is a better option.

Ginger turmeric tonic —7.5 roasted rice taste special, this is a good ginger tea but not taste good enough for daily drink
This is perhaps one of my favourite ginger tea. With roasted rice and without sweet in it, it taste actually good. But still not quite enjoyable, we drink ginger tea more for the function not the taste.

Honey Drop - 7.9 honey and citric taste.
Very honey and citric taste in a good way and not sweet at all. But its herbal so not much tea taste, only honey and orange. Perhaps I can add tea leaves myself next time.

Honey ginseng defence - 8.0
A oolong taste balanced with a bit honey. The general taste of this tea is not strong, but good for a sip. good selection of ingredients for taste and healthy benefit. Only thing I feel need improvement is the tea flavour is weak and need a larger dose.

Silk dragon Jasmine —8.5 real good green + jasmine tea!
This is the real tea flavour. Great taste no bullshit. Good one and can be a daily go-to.

Guangzhou milk oolong - 8.0
The famous one may not be everyone’s cup of tea
I don’t like it a lot. I mean it is famous but the creamy milky taste is too much. Perhaps without milk flavouring would be better

Organic sip of sage - 7.9
strong mint flavoured green tea.
I am not sure what is the sage smell or tasted like. So to me this is just a minty green tea. Not bad not good...

Echinacea shield - 7.7 a strong floral and sweet smell taste ok.
Again one of those herbal and added flavoured tea so can’t get high score but it is not too sweet or overwhelming. Probably would not buy again

Mojito Mocha - 6.5 too sweet. Perhaps we will not try any mocha in future
First ingredient is cane sugar so will skip this in future...also we will use less powder next time to make it less sweet...

blackberry jasmine blast - 7.8
Very floral looks and a bit sweet. It’s ok but not greet.

organic happy valley darjeeling - 8.2 a not so bad black tea
Organic black tea from Darjeeling, India.

Forever nuts - like a muffin in a tea. In a good way. Not too sweet. 7.9

Guyusha - a bit sweet in mouth and butter after taste. Good mate tea - 8.5
1. Buy cheap, buy twice
2. Don’t buy because it’s cheap. Buy it when needed or it brings convenience/happiness/better quality in life
3. Buy now think (regret/return) later
4. If the gut says don’t tell your lady, don’t!

Noticed they also have some Squish gummies 3 for $15 cheaper than Squish itself:

https://www.davidstea.com/ca_en/perfect ... -3-for-15/

Also can't seem to combine free ship and the 10% or 20% discounts? Edit: Seems I missed it, free ship was for Canada day...still got free ship code from e-mail signup though.

I made two orders and did not receive a confirmation email for either one. It’s from my usual account...Did this happen to anyone else?

Nothing there. I’m truly confused. I can see them under “My orders” but never got an email even though I’m sure it’s right. Weird.
