Companies don't wanna raise prices. So they give you less at same price.

Good deal for those without CostCo memberships and who want it delivered to their door. That's a lot of us.

Costco: 1092 sheets (7.1in x 11in) 591 sq.ft. @ $18.99 when on sale or 1.74 cents per sheet

Also interested in how performance compares to Kirkland paper towels as Kirkland is still considerably cheaper than the Bounty sale price on a per square metre basis and I myself don’t notice a difference but I still get tempted to go for the name brand when it is on sale.

CT one is better which is 83 sheets per roll (448sf) vs AMZ one is 74sheets per roll (399sf)

I was about to pickup the Bounty last week until realizing Kirkland is much cheaper ($20 for 1026 sqft). I usually buy Bounty but have used Kirkland in the past, and didn't really noticed any difference. My use is quite light though (mainly use it as a napkin / occasionally to wipe off some dirt). However, reading the Costco reviews, a number of people say the quality of the Kirkland paper towels recently changed and is much worse. Therefore, I will just grab the Bounty this week.

I bought some off brand two-ply paper towel from No Frills thinking whatever same thing.

It's not. Even when you're cooking and you want to pat dry some chicken it shreds apart and leaves residue, stick to the good stuff boys
