Delivery disappeared from Walmart website?

I've been ordering delivery for a relative in Montreal since last year, most recently May 28. Time for another and there isn't even a tab for delivery, just pickup! I also tried a Toronto postal code with the same result (I used Toronto because it always told me I couldn't have delivery to Ottawa addresses).

Have they discontinued grocery delivery? I haven't received an email with alternative delivery process, and nothing on website.

[added: I did get an email Jun 5 telling me delivery is now available, I thought it referred to adding Ottawa but when I read it I see the attached screen capture]
