Dell prices have been poop lately, they haven't adjusted for the decrease in video cards. Although it was nice that it took them awhile to adjust for the increase.

Don't buy a Dell laptop if it has realtek audio. The headphone jack won't be reliable because the drivers are shit

Ordered and then found a better, cheaper NVMe and tried to cancel....it wouldn't let me.

Went back and put in a ticket and then cancelled as the option finally came available 20ish hours later.

Nope, missed the cancel window and it hasn't even shipped yet and is still processing so I have to wait to get it and return it.

You are overestimating the competency of Dell CSR. It's certainly worth a try but if this person values their time it's likely he's going to waste more of it trying this.

I have contacted them numerous times through email and they were very prompt and helpful. It is definitely worth trying before going through the hassle of sending it back.
