Thinking FaceIs the 3060 Ti really $100 cheaper? What if the 3060 is mispriced?

E waste if anything goes wrong.

I'd definitely go DIY route.

But price isn't bad.

Depends if you can find a reasonably priced GPU in stock. 3060 Ti basically does not exist anymore, but 3060 is still existing in larger cities with canadacomputers or memoryexpress.

The 3060 Ti is still better. the 3060 was given 12GB VRAM because AMD's GPU products had much more than NVIDIA.
The 6700XT got 12GB, while the 6800/6800XT/6900XT all had 16, which looked pretty appealing compared to the 3080's 10GB.

Anyone looking at Alienware, should really be choosing liquid cooling for CPU.. Don't skimp on that.

This doesn't do it quite as much for me.

Price errors are near and dear to my heart though.

Do you really need liquid cooling if you're not bitcopolluting?

Deal looks decent. That power supply looks a little skimpy. Interested to know what others think..

Yea, not enough of a price error for me to jump at - seems like a usual sale. Face With Tears Of Joy

Always go liquid with Dell gaming rigs.

Take a deep drag from this blunt (instrument), and I'll tell you why bitcoins are the future.

3060 ti does not exist and the 3060 is trash

However, amd stock is doing pretty well. Especially the 6700xt which is better than the 3060ti.

Yes, liquid cooling your CPU has nothing to do with crypto mining.

These Dell rigs have horrible airflow and worse cooling. If you go air-cooled, you're going to be temperature throttled the majority of the time, and your CPU cooler will sound like a turbine spinning up and down repeatedly because Dell has the absolute worst, utterly nonsensical fan curves.

They literally shouldn't sell these machines with air-cooling as an option. Trust me, I bought air-cooled and spent hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours trying to get things to a reasonable level.

G3D Mark Rating for RTX 3060 is 16709, and for RTX 3060 TI it is 19754... 18% faster
Price for RTX 3060 is $600-$650,
RTX 3060 ti does not exists - OOS everywhere,
6700XT is like $1000 and G3D is 18760! between RTX 3060 and RTX 3060 ti...

based on these facts, your post looks more trash :)
simple is the best...

There are some people seeking these Dell with GPU removed. I guess it's not a good idea to go that route in buying a system from them?

Newegg has 3060ti bundles that are on sale daily. Depending on you market you can easily resell the 10600k and mobo for decent money. Just for for people who think you can't get one. Edit. Link: https://www.newegg.ca/Product/ComboDeal ... bo.4284754

They increased price by $10 on the bundle, likely due to demand.

The air cooler that comes with it is hilariously bad because of the low profile nature required. The PSU that swings into the case blocks off most of the airflow and space, which means you're basically running an Intel stock cooler on a 5800X. Contrary to popular belief, the new Ryzen chips run pretty hot. I wouldn't be worried before 85c/significant throttling though.
Noise tolerance is another topic.

The issue with Dells, is that most of the parts are non standard. Cost of replacement from Dell is absurd.

So if anything does break, you'll likely going to throw the PC out (e-waste)

Even HP does a better job of using standard parts. So if you aren't trying to resell this custom Dell GPU or really want a Nvidia card I wouldn't buy this.
