Wow you are insanely fast, lol

Wish we have the US premier discount where ppl got theirs at 980 USD - it would be hell of a deal.

It's quite close. 980USD = ~1260CAD. Add the shipping in USD and the need for a reshipper it's probably around $1460ish after conversion, slightly more after fx fees.

With the 10% off coupon the pre tax cost is similar. If you have that 20% Amex promotion on your card then this deal is really good.

This qd oled is amazing, and would love to order one. Those blacks and picture quality should rival most other monitors despite the lower brightness.

I'm surprised they didn't go with 38 inches.

3840 x 1600 would've been perfect.

I barely game these days and would've appreciated the extra height for media consumption.

Thanks for sharing OP , good luck every getting this Thumbs Up Sign

Having no hdmi 2.1 is an instant deal breaker, not to mention 34 means it too narrow vertically.

I guess none of the 34" 1440p displays dimension would make you happy is what you are saying. Probably something to do with your use case but not the monitor itself.

why do you need HDMI 2.1 when you have display port? This isn't a 4k monitor and displayport 1.4 supports 1440p at 240hz, even though this monitor is only 175hz (im assuming its 144hz but can "overclock" to 175hz).

Going to sell my current 3420DW to subsidize buying this. The 3420DW came out 3 years ago roughly, so the warrenty period is perfect.

Gonna be my first OLED, was always afraid of screwing it up, but the warranty apparently covers it so I'm all in.

Agreed, 38in makes it much easier for productivity, 34in is too narrow. 38in is the sweet spot, I've also contemplated 48in which is effectively dual 27in screens

They're probably a dirty console player.

Everyone knows display port is the only way to go on PC.

Anyways, I just got the lg 34gp. Do I return it and get this instead?

Looks like the coupon code no longer applies to the AW3423DW.

"10%OFFMONITOR is valid code, but isn't applicable to any items in your cart."

Damn I only got the 3420DW last year. Guess I'll see if I can sell it to fund this bad boy. The 3420DW isn't even on Dells website anymore I wonder what would happen if I had an issue as it's still under warranty.
