https://www.dell.com/en-ca/shop/desktop ... btsb_s106e

Seems hot to me because:
$410 (i7) + $165 (windows 10) + ~$150 (SSD+HDD) + $350 (GTX 1060) + $200 (RAM) + ~$100 (MOBO&case) = $1375

Use $100OFF$1300PC to get $1299

I just don't understand why people leave a negative without reason.
I call them kids...

If we can find a coupon that can be used towards this deal, it is a awesome deal.

If coupons like the $100OFF, Unidays, EPP stacks and works then this could be a flaming hot deal. On top of all that there should be 10% cashback on eBates.
Definitely, there should be 10% ebates, hahaSmiling Face With Open Mouth
I am on the edge right now, and will jump when that happens immediately without thinking.

Like almost every pre built system out there they tend to skimp on the motherboard and power supply which makes future upgrading more costly so take this into account before buying. Building your own PC is not too difficult and there are plenty of good youtube guides out there and it gives you the ability to choose the components that make the most sense for your budget.

With that being said this seems like a decent deal but for gaming you want to spend the majority of your pc budget on your GPU ( 30%-40% generally ) where this system has a CPU that is worth more than the GPU. If your main focus is gaming this does not seem like a great deal.

A breaking point for me is no optical drive and no possibility to add it later...no go.

Actually, you can always add a separate portable usb DVD drive. Dell regular price them around $80 but they often go on sale for about $40 at Dell and BestBuy
