For the sign up link there's a glitch with the Dell Canada website where it re-directs you to sign up for email correspondance from the American Dell site (guess they never updated the link). The American one doesn't work for Canadian purchases.
There's actually supposed to be a country code appended to the sign up link. Just use this link: https://w ww.dell.com/preferences/signup/?c=ca&l=en&s=dhs (copy paste and remove the extra space, RFD is redirecting) and make sure the email comes from Dell@em.home.dell.ca

Incorrect, even with the CA link you will not get a working code from Canada 100% of the time.
If you've signed up as many as I have you would realize that.

Weird I've generated about 30 codes before for black friday with the link and they've all worked...
I'm not sure, but I had a dozen people from BF pm me and I tried to help them and gave away a bunch of codes. It does not work like that unless it was a glitch in their system that was maybe fixed since last month.
Looks like a nice computer for mining. If u buy 10 of them, will ethereal offset the cost in 6 months?

Don't do that, for one it's quite expensive for the hashrate, might add well but a scalped GPU but it also seems like a huge waste to use laptops for mining.
