I added 4GB because I had 1 lying around, and it still performs well in dual channel! Great for casual gaming! 3DMark Nightraid score was 14k! (70+ FPS)

We’re getting 120hz screens in this price range now? Not mad about that at all.

Yeah kind of a curious config choice eh? Maybe they had extra stock of 120 Hz panels from their G15s that they're trying to get rid of.

If it is that panel, 250 nits is on the dim end and the colour reproduction isn't great (sRGB 60% or so from what I can recall). But 250 nits and limited gamut are sort of par the course for this price range anyways.

I’m bad with computers, how is this comparing with my old Lenovo with 1050ti? Was a couple (maybe 3 years ago) deal at shoppers with Black Friday points bonus redemption

Decent price, two SODIMM slots means this is viable.

Thanks OP.

God bless.

Solid deal. 1.68kg so not very portable, but it ticks many boxes.

As long as you dont need USB-C or the backlit keyboard this is a good deal.

the lack of backlit keyboard is the dealbreaker for me.

How is the quality of this display? I have a top of the line Lenovo x1 yoga 4K but it bugs the heck out of me because one side of the pa el is brighter than the other.

Looking to buy this as a cheap replacement for my moms old desktop. Was hoping someone would know if theres any noticeable difference going from 3200 mhz to 2400 mhz on the RAM as it costs $100.00 less. She would really only use it for browsing the internet and using MS office for basic stuff, so not sure the extra $100 is worth it. Thanks

CPU is also being downgraded to Ryzen 3 3250u (2 cores 4 threads)

Ryzen 5 5625U is a 6 core 12 thread CPU

Ryzen 3 3250u is good enough for browsing the internet and using MS office for basic stuff at the moment
