$289 is an absolute steal for a 3080 even if it's a Dell OEM card!!! Is it the LHR version that makes it so cheap?

Mate the 3080 is referring to the computer model not the card.. you got my hopes up there lol

This is a brand new PC instead of a refurbished.

you are joking right?
3080 is the model # of the desktop, it NOT a nvidia 3080...
what you are getting is a Intel UHD 630

I'm pretty sure the 3080 is just the model number of the OptiPlex. There's no mention of a discrete GPU anywhere.

Please please please make it abundantly clear that this pc has nothing to go with Nvidia gpus. Please. Many people will make the mistake....

3080 does not refer to a graphic card. It is simply a model number. The graphic is the integrated gpu of the cpu.

does it really matter?
price is terrible for this CPU/pc
if you need a cheap pc, you can get a refurbished one on amazon.ca with 8/16gb of ram, a 4th or 5th gen i5 Intel cpu with a HDD and a windows license for just a bit more.

I wonder how many people bought it, expecting to score a Nvidia 3080.
the pc itself is smaller than the video card lol.

Haha if someone really think they are in for the graphic card then they are really just paying the Idiot Tax.

Too bad I can't add to cart.

This would make a decent Plex box (with movies stored on NAS and this machine running Plex and doing HW transcoding). The G6405T is Comet Lake generation and the integrated GPU can handle a number of simultaneous transcodes.

I get it's new vs used, but you could damn near buy 2 used comparable units for the same money.
Do you not have anything else to do rather than argue with strangers on the internet
Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.
