Search the stores option for "Dell Technologies for Work" ... do not select just Dell from the main screen.

The front USB-C is standard.

Just to add to the OP's reply, not all USB-C ports can carry the signal needed to connect to a DisplayPort monitor - you need a USB-C port that implements Alt Mode. I haven't checked this particular system that closely, but I would guess that since it has DisplayPort outputs on the back, the front USB-C port does not implement Alt Mode. The OP has checked this system more closely than I have so he might want to weigh in on this.
