Was looking at this, it's worth more $400 IMO. Just launched two months ago so no wonder it's wildly overpriced for the panel that it is. I'm probably going to get the U2720Q at BF.

Stacking doesn't work anymore and Dell Advantage doesn't apply to work orders

For most people, the U2720Q is a much better display to get. It is a 4K panel, while this one (Ultrasharps with a "D" at the end) is only 1440p. The picture is much crisper on the 4K display.

1440px vertical is bad. I would recommend getting one with 1600

You're not going to find many 16:10 monitors. Those days are long gone.

I just put an order for U2720Q which is a better monitor for around $500. You can negotiate the price with a Dell business advisor. It is really easy to do so.

I would pick the U2720Q over this monitor.

How did you go about doing this?

I contacted a Dell business advisor. I told them that I would like to purchase u2720q and I would like them to match the deal posted a while back on RFD with all the stackable coupons like ebates, 10 percent off coupon, the 15 percent business coupon, etc.

Dell business advisor beat that deal for me and I placed the order a few days ago.

Morale of story is that Dell business advisors are open for negotiation.

Decent monitor for a laptop that's used at multiple desks. You can leave your charger at the office then connect just one cable at home. Eliminates the need for a USB-C charging dock which cost about $350.
