I'd have grabbed one if the memory were expandable. Sadly soldered with no expansion. 4GB is a non starter for me.

This is a complete waste of money for most casual use cases. You're better off spending a tiny bit more and getting something like a refurbished ThinkPad with an older i5 or i7and 8+ gigs of ram. Those will be usable for most casual people (although not Windows 11 supported).

That's probably in the $200 range.

I will tell my grandchildren about the deal I got on an HP Touchpad at the Bank street staples thanks to rfding.

It’s available in Ontario.

But the configuration is a bit too old.

Good price though if someone wants an extra piece of toy for some casual use.

Processor was released fourth quarter of 2017

The Latitude 3190 models went like this 3190 to 3100,
to 3110, to 3120, and now the current generation 3130 possibly 3140 on the life cycle. So at least four Dell generations to give you an idea how old these are before you now buy it.

Too old for me even at this price.

How's the display on this? Because if it's decent, it works for a nice $99 solid chromebook. Albeit, we have had brand new ones in sept for $99 from lenovo.
