Thanks, I had the older version of the Dell G15 5515 Setup and Specifications document downloaded. It did not have RTX 3050

The 5600H CPU and the RTX™ 3050 4GB GDDR6 Video Card should be sufficient for gaming. The RAM and SSD probably will need to be upgraded.

This is a low-budget option. If budget allows, I would recommend spend $500 more to get the $1380 model.

Depends what you play there's new games and old games........old games yes new games no for example new games like 8gb vram now.

Display Color gamut is 45% NTSC. Color accuracy might not be high enough for photo and video editing.

Always thought even the RTX 2060/3060 (laptop) weren't future proof enough with 6 GB VRAM.

4 GB VRAM is probably the bare minimum right now if you play recent modern games.

For example, in Forza Horizon 4 (2018 game, not particularly demanding), I use around max. 4.1 - 4.2 GB of VRAM just playing at 1080p Ultra settings.
