It has an extra m.2 slot, 2280, image attached.

AMD version is the better value.
Jimboski wrote: The 5600H/3050 will be able to play Diablo 2 Resurrected comfortably right?

I looked at the requirements and no way a game requires 16GB RAM lol.
Should be fine, maybe not max everything though.

underwhelming to be honest. I'm coming from a 2500u matebook D. Windows doesn't feel substantially faster, I tried playing cyberpunk and it wasn't even playable at minimum settings. Battery life is less than an hour in heavy use.

It's also very heavy and gets very hot.

For $900 it's a good value, but temper your expectations - this isn't a 5800H 3080 Alienware.

Be aware you need to order a mounting adapter and heatsink if you actually intend to use that extra m.2 slot. Here's a link to what you need: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002 ... 4c4dTmLzZM

i've been ai upscaling video all day long. its maxing out at ~66c on the CPU and GPU. I guess that heat just really must pass through to the surface of the laptop. My matebook D never felt hot to the touch.

I did the same thing (just with the Unidays 10% off code)!

I asked about it in this thread, and the advice I got was that it's a solid deal for the specs vs. price.

Bought this - thanks OP.

Would I be able to just buy another 8GB ram module and stick it in to make it 16G/dual?

In my past experience, they come in 2x4gb configuration, so you'd need to buy a 2x8gb kit.

Thanks for that, I was tempted but I'm no expert and wasn't sure about value. I just ordered with Rakuten + Dell sign up 10%.
