Is this Dell a good sub $1000 "gaming" laptop

Dell G3 15 for light gaming. Keeping older laptop bv (2015) for wife's crafting. I definately don't want to spend more however will consider a refurbished for less. Basically just started playing league of legends.

A desktop is also a possiblity but would still rather laptop.

no, you can't do gaming with those.
for $900, that's a shit deal sorry to say

on the other hand, I haven't looked up alternatives. but $900 for something with that specs where you can probably only do very low/light gaming, it's not worth it

A bit better with the 1650 gpu which peforms a bit better than 1050 at same price point.And ssd drives at $958.
Only one left as there were just 2 remaining and one sold while I was browsing.
