[Dell] Inspiron Desktop [i5-9400] 8GB ram , 256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD + 1TB SATA HD $599 ($539 w Unidays) (8% Rakuten ~$496)

It's a decent deal at $599 with i5-9400 plus 256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive + 1TB 7200 rpm 3.5" SATA Hard Drive & 8 Gb ram.
If you can find Unidays code 10% off combined with current Rakuten rebate at 8%, this deal is quite solid.

This is a perfect day to day computer for many families or home office workers. Specs is sufficient enough to handle graphic easy apps.
I like that they have VGA and HDMI output which you can easily set up dual monitors with some cheaper monitors.

One down side is no WiFi AC , but only WiFi N
6 USB ports in total. 4 USB 2.0 and another 2 are USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A

As usual free shipping from Dell. This unit is ready to ship next week.

You get 3% Dell rewards back as well, but it can only be used on future Dell purchase

Almost the same specs as the Lenovo IdeaCentre 510A I picked up at Staples about a week ago.
$599-10% First Responder discount (from $740 originally). $610 all-in.
It has ac wifi, Bluetooth, same m.2 [email protected] rpm, Ryzen 3400G (w/ VEGA RX 11 graphics), so can also play games. Also has 6 usb's (2 are 3.1). I prefer Lenovo over Dell, and Ryzen/AMD over Intel.
Mine is 4 cores, 8 threads 12nm, vs this 6 cores 6 threads 14nm.
So about $45 more than this, assuming u get both discounts here.
Not a bad deal tho.

you might be able to put a video card but will you have enough power from their cheap psu to handle it?

Can the 8GB ram be expanded? If so what is the maximum?

it is a desktop you can most likely upgrade up to 32gb ram at least.

what I don't like about Dell prebuilts is their proprietary power supplies...Acer as least seem to use more a normal power supply that you can easily upgrade
