Dell issued refund on shipped item

Hey everyone,

I ordered 2 things from Dell (Netgear R6400 router and a XPS). My routers that were ordered where on pricing error ($8.99) which they happened to cancel and issue me a refund for. However, I was checking my credit card and bank statements and it seems that they may have refunded my XPS. I just got a confirmation that the Item was sent but I can't seem to track it. But I have an email out asking about with the shipper.

Can they cancel the refund or charge me back? What should I do? Can I legally keep the item?


EDIT: It was Dell.
Any insight would be great. Thanks!

For now, it seems like you might as well wait and see what happens, sometimes they operate in mysterious ways and it seems possible they might subsequently re-charge you for it... perhaps they just had to reverse everything in order to make the pricing adjustment and are re processing the charge.
