Decent price but not a BF type of deal. Best to wait.
I'm not sure... I haven't found BF deals to be that great on higher end electronics. :/

With the early Dell Black Friday deals popping up it does seem like the XPS deals are limited - and none in the 2-in-1s. This deal is still available but will expire soon.... kind of wondering if I should just jump on it. :/

In 5 months, price will drop to 1550$.

If you like to save money, better to wait.

U can buy 3 very good laptop instead of this one. If course this one is more beautiful however it's definitely not price efficient.

I don't mean to be crass, but if you aren't in the market for a laptop like this why bother posting/downvoting? We're trying to discuss deals around a specific laptop model, not hear about how you don't like it or think it's too expensive.

I need a laptop now, not 5 months from now.

I don't need 3 laptops, and no, a $700 laptop is not going to be the same as this one. Also, I've read lots of professional reviews to decide this is the laptop I want, and it's within my budget, so I'm looking for the best time to buy. Your post is completely irrelevant.

I'm also eyeing this machine. Would be okay with the same specs but 16GB RAM. Do you think now is the time to bite? If Rakuten was at 10% I would be all in. Think we'll get any better between now and Black Friday?
FYI Rakuten is 10% today for Dell Canada

I just wnated to say I bought the i7 and 512g 16g ram with 4k.
It's very nice laptop and it's fast. I liked the 4k even though the battery is only 6 hours. People said there's no difference for 4k or 1080p but there's a difference. Also the quality of the laptop is very good. People said hp spectre quality is not as good as this one.

I got the white one too.

Also remember to sign up and get a 10% discount for the purchase. So you are paying 3% tax only :)

I have no regret to purchase this laptop.

This laptop is DOA for me. Solderer RAM & Storage. Zero upgrade options down the road for a 2.2k machine.

I would pick dell XPS 2 in 1. HP quality is not good.

I was skeptical first for purchasing dell. I used mac before for few years. Then moved to surface pro 6 max out for a year. And now with dell XPS 2 in 1. I realized I missed the keyboard so much. I have even tried the surface pro x. But I can't even play my favourite game with surface pro x.

Yes it's not cheap at all fro dell XPS 2 in 1. There are many options. But I would say if you wanted one of the best ultra portable this is the one to get. Verge gave this 8 score.

If I returned this device, I would just go back to surface pro 7 or surface pro x without playing my favourite game.

So you know my position now.
