[Dell] Sony WF-1000XM3 - True wireless earphones

Sony WF-1000XM3 - True wireless earphones, both colors are on sale for $249.99

$15 coupon code $15OFF$199+, provided by nanmo091032 & 2% rebate from ebates, bring it down to $230.29

If you missed the amazon deal, here is your second chance.

But be aware of their return policy.
DELL'S RETURN POLICY does not apply to the following home use products which may not be returned at any time:
“Personal use items such as earphones and headsets unless package is unopened”

Still compare it to Jabra 75T. I am currently using Sennheiser QTW, very good quality of sound, but that’s it. Want one for daily use.

How is the noise canceling on these vs. around ear models like the Bose Qc35 and WH XM3?

Nothing will beat an over the ear model for noise cancellation.

Bought these for my wife and overall she really likes them. Pretty good noise cancellation

One annoyance is that there is no volume control via the earpieces themselves (unless changed from a software update since launch?). So you need to change the volume on the device connected to. Not usually a problem but can be depending on setup.

They added volume controls a while ago. You have to update to the latest firmware. You can set either the left or right earbud to have volume controls, tap to increase and hold to decrease.

The updates also improved the call quality apparently.

NIce! Thanks for the heads up. It seemed like such a glaring omission to a pretty nice and expensive set of earbuds. But since we got them right when they came out I was hopeful there would be a fix eventually.

Ignore my previous post everyone.

Having to manually unpair/pair to switch to another device may be a significant annoyance with these. Also not water/sweat resistant.
But for $230 (also look on Amazon Warehouse Deals for good prices on these), they have a lot of good points, including sound quality and ANC.

I'm waiting for a sale on Jabra 75t since that supports multi-point connection.

I have both, the pro is for my wife and they quality and noise cancelling is not even on the same level. Sony hands down, it is actually as good as the Bose QC35

Also JAbra would be a better choice if you wanted to use it at Gym
