Dell XPS vs. HP Pavillion

I need a new PC, I am looking at these two

The Dell has better specs I think, but the HP comes with a monitor, and is still a good upgrade over what I have.

Just looking for opinions, is the Dell really that much better? I would need to spend another $200 or more for a monitor, I am ok with that if the XPS really is that much better...

Thanks

Don't buy HP. In this case get the Dell XPS but Lenovo makes better PCs hands down.

Unfortunately Lenovo Legion is way too expensive for me... Maybe the XPS is the way to go...
