These are excellent for Plex and other media management apps esp if you run them on Linux.

Big difference. Lack of SSD is another annoying upgrade, but with 512GB SSDs landing around $35, not the end of the world.

If your time matters, I would pass.

$150 for a i5 6th gen w/16gb ram.
Add a $35 SSD

I mean I have not seen that good a deal.
I would snap it up if you need a cheap desktop or raspberry pi replacement

The 7th gen i5 for $200 is not a worthy upgrade

The cheapskate in me only wants to pay $50 for this. Why am I so cheap?

Edit: Shipping not free. Not a deal!

You'll make a great father, husband to a wife, and landlord to a tenant.

In all seriousness, the OP deal is reasonable. I have too many backup machines, otherwise I'd buy.

Well done, OP.

Reminder: The 7th gen deal is a pass.
