Big difference. Lack of SSD is another annoying upgrade, but with 512GB SSDs landing around $35, not the end of the world.

If your time matters, I would pass.

Add a $35 SSD

I mean I have not seen that good a deal.
I would snap it up if you need a cheap desktop or raspberry pi replacement

The 7th gen i5 for $200 is not a worthy upgrade
