rgilld, not technically correct. If the order has not been fully processed, we can sometimes catch them, but once a unit has been processed and sent to the warehouse, we cannot stop it., even if it has not shipped. Sales like this we are filling up skids of product and loading the trailer(s) all day - there is no way we could go back and unload a truck and tear apart skids looking for a single carton. The site does state you cannot cancel an order once placed, but we will certainly do what we can, and will accommodate if possible.

Thanks for the clarification. I think I caught mine between processing and release to the warehouse. I was able to cancel the order for the 21.5" monitors and order the 23" instead. It all worked out for me.

Yes, we will do what we can, but in some cases it has gone too far to be practical. The 'company line' is no cancels once placed, but we will make every effort.

I had that one in my cart seconds after the email promo went out as well. *thumbs up* for the fast clicking checkout . beat at least two of us to it. lol

Only downside to the windows 8.1 laptops is they cannot be easily upgraded to windows 10 - using the free MS upgrade (I believe that has ended)
I've done 5 in the last 2 months (3 in Dec and 2 in Jan) and had zero issues. smooth as silk upgrades to 10. I believe if you still hunt around you'll find the free upgrade offering out there.

No, 320Gb will be SATA. 128 or 256 should be SSD.

How do I get on the newsletter/Facebook page for the next sale?

Also, can this laptop play Hearthstone, Diablo 3 and Fortnite? If so, what settings?

Thanks

Do you guys recommend upgrading to win 10 on these machines? (i5 4gb ram)

I did that on my parents last laptop. Ended up being slow as hell.

Stupid question but is the 7440 much better than the 6440? It looks like the same processor except for the "M" vs. the "U" after i5-4300.
