Desjardins (Gatineau, Qc) offering 1.34 Mortgage rates

My 5 year RBC P-0.8 Mortgage term comes to an end early 2016 and thinking switching to Desjardins for the above rate. Just sent them my info for them to contact me. Will provide Mortgage details as it arrives.

No details about the length of the mortgage is it 1 yr? When you hear something from them post the term and conditions please.

Per the fine print (in French only), 1.34% is the rate for the first year as part of their 5-year variable rate mortgage loan called "5 dans 1" ("5-in-1" in English).
