Did anyone get Fido bill credit for upgrading the phone?

Same thing happened with me. I called them about a month ago and they told me the offer was expired at the time I made the purchase (mid April). I know that's not true because I literally called fido that same day to make sure the offer was valid. I didn't think to take a screenshot of it at the time so can't prove the offer was there. Pretty disappointing

I can report that I called Fido and got my bill credit. I mentioned that I have screenshots (which I do) of my checkout process, I read verbatim what was in the screenshots. After spending about 30 min on the phone the bill credit showed up in my account.
