Difference between builders

We're thinking of buying a house. We're debating between minto and richcraft at this point. Anyone has any advice as to which is better? Richcraft apparently has more upgrades included in their prices but in terms of quality? Any experience to share?

Ive noticed smaller builders have better quality homes than the bigger builders ie. mattamy. Visit other sites they've built and walk/drive around, sometimes you notice workmanship from the outside. Also, try looking on realtor.ca for sale homes in those builders subdivision to see the inside of homes.
