Discounted flights from Toronto to NY?

I fly between Toronto and NY often - once every 4-6 weeks. I usually fly Porter and almost every time the flight both was is barely 2/3 full.

Are there any last minute deals with Porter or any other airline for this leg? I've never seen them but it seems weird that Porter et al wouldn't want to fill those seats.
