Do I pay any tax on a used truck camper in a private sale

I'm looking at a used truck camper someone is selling privately. I don't have any tax to pay on it, like when I buy a used vehicle privately, do I?I'm in British columbia. It isn't licenced or anything, just an 'accessory' for a truck, right? What sort of paperwork might there be? The guy mentioned something about paperwork, and I want to know what is involved before I start negotiating.
thanks

I believe you are correct as it's not a vehicle

BC PST on vehicles link.

A vehicle includes trailers and off-road vehicles, such as snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles
(ATV’s) and dirt bikes. Accessories, such as truck campers that slide-on or mount onto pickup
trucks are not vehicles
.

The other paperwork could be in regard to insurance (Home insurance as it's not a vehicle?)/ownership transfer but I don't know.
