LTSC is the "Long term servicing channel" version. It is the most basic version of Windows 10, although it is missing a lot of "features" of Windows 10 thus its as debloated a version of Windows from Microsoft as it gets. It doesn't come with Microsoft Store, no Cortana, no Candy crush, etc. It also is excluded from feature changes found from Windows update. Its a fantastic version of Windows if all you need from W10 is just a Microsoft OS with as little as possible and won't change. The only updates they get are security updates. You are frozen to the build of your LTSC version. If there's a new build from Windows 10, LTSC will not receive it and you must wait for another LTSC version to have that feature. Microsoft has long disliked this version and in their pages will do everything to discourage you from using it. The actual trouble with this version however is its not legally readily available, the real keys are expensive through Microsoft, thus most LTSC keys are pirated. They also do need to be activated, unlike most consumer versions of Windows 10 where you can technically get away with never activating them.
