Do we have possibly massive Bitcoin Miners present in Canada?!

I was about to purchase this from Amazon Canada after a long wait. It showed on stock with a reasonable price tag meaning plenty were there when I added that to the cart. I received a notification and the time interval between receiving a notification and initiating the order was almost ten minutes. The moment I decided to click to go to confirm the order, it came out that the price had changed all of the sudden! I am curious, though, do we have massive miners in Canada who constantly check everywhere including Amazon Canada to order an infinite number of drives for mining purposes or these are guys who purchase that amount and send it back somewhere on earth for mining?! There is almost no other justification on what could possibly happen in that 5-10 minutes interval! Any thoughts?!

No, miners hoard graphics cards, not hard drives. Amazon prices and stock can change instantly and frequently.

Bitcoin doesn't use hard drives for mining, it's Chia (XCH) that's driving up demand for storage. As a result there haven't been any good mass storage deals the last couple of months. With big drives being in such short supply, you can expect people to jump on them quickly whether it's for Chia or normal use.

Value of Chia dropped by a grand.
Netspace growth has also slowed. It's only 30EiB as of now. It was like 20EiB like a month ago.
Do you not have anything else to do rather than argue with strangers on the internet
Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

No one (who is serious about mining Bitcoin and actually is looking to make profit) mines bitcoins via video cards. Difficulty is too high. That's what ASICs are for.

Other crypto currencies maybe.....depending on difficulty and current value.
