Does anyone know how to get cheap air line ticket?

I heard there are so many tricks to get cheap airline tickets.

For example
1. try buying it on Tuesday,
2. clear cache before use ticket service agent ( kayak, expedia etc..)
3. check if one-way is cheaper than round ticket , because depends on the company policy, some airline company has cheaper one-way tickets ( going& returning) than one round tickets.
4 .purchase ~3 months prior to depart
5. Use mileages or points to buy ticket. Such as , credit card sign up bonus etc.
6. Sometimes, clearance / target offer is available for certain destination ( sky scanner etc..)
7. Even if you are planning for multi-city-trips( or multi country) try buy one round ticket with long trip days , and try return to first destination to return your home because round tickets are almost always cheaper than one way tickets

etc...

I am trying to go turkey and russia in this winter, and trying get 1 round ticket from 2019 September to 2020 march. Still not sure how I can put all of these info to make best deal.

This is more like question for booking smart ticket than requesting a deal,

but i really need help to make best deal!
