does costco carry ipad (mini) with cell option?
looked online seems costco only has ipad (mini) wifi, but not wifi + cell option, don't know if in-store has +cell option? the costco price is about 10- 20 bucks cheaper than apple.ca.

My guess is if they have it, it would be in the mobile/cell phone booth which would then be tied to a carrier.

Costco generally does not carry iPads with cellular.
