Does FCT lawyer do virtual signing?

Trying to decide whether to go with FCT or real estate lawyer for refinancing. I know FCT is slower but they're cheaper so am okay with it as long as they allow virtual signing.

Tried to call them, left message and didn't get a response. Does anyone here have experience with them?

Yes, they do. We used them in May of this year.

They do virtual signing at additional cost. Something like $80-100 more. Right now FCT is swamped with deals and taking forever to get a payout from the other institution. I refuse to use FCT unless it’s a refinance of existing BMO mortgage.

We just closed through FCT and the agent came to our house for all signatures and maintained social distance.
