Does IHOP still do free birthday pancakes?

I was signed up for their emailing list a few years ago and used to get free pancakes on my birthday.

I tried signing up recently but when you sign up for the new email list, it asks you for a zip code (even on the Canadian site)

Does it still work in Canada?
