Does Kindle sell grey market books?

Does Kindle sell grey market/pirated books?

For e.g.

The kindle edition is just 0.76 cents. Is there any catch here? I cannot find the book in project gutenberg, so I assume it is copyrighted.

The book was printed in the 90s so its value is practically nothing now. It costs the publisher very little to put on Kindle, so even a profit of, say 25 cents per copy sold is better than nothing.
