If I understand correctly, your Lucky Mobile service is (presumably) suspended for non-payment but you would like to use your Lucky Mobile Suspended for non-payment phone number to communicate through Wi-Fi Calling?

I would be very surprised if it does. Technically speaking, your entire service is disabled pending payment. I don't see why that wouldn't apply to the wifi service, as well.

Not sure why BELL would give you access to the IMS (to access voice & messaging services over IP) when the account is suspended for non payment.

has anyone tried? it would be hot deal because it would be $15/3 months ($5 per month) and have wifi calling if one is always at home

It would have been nice if the Wifi talk/text app worked with cellular data as well. I tested a while back it it only worked in Wifi. Well I only tested it on the $15 data only plan
