Another one is Brightside Mastercard. Has 0.5% cashback on every $1 spent, like KOHO. They have cashback offers (Friends with benefits) but they are super Alberta focused. Alberta only for now, I believe. They are backed by ATB.

Not a prepaid, but easily or auto-approved (??) "credit card" Neo also has offers on rotation (like Stack MC).
Another option is to get rewards using a credit card at the grocery till or gas bar by loading prepaid MasterCard's. Sure, no rewards when you spend out of those prepaids, but you would have got the rewards when loading them.
