AMEX was accepted without problem.
Most cards are priced at $25. There are $15 Starbucks cards.
Thanks, I got hold of a few.

Bought 2 Dollarama GC, bonus points will probably be posted soon as I see the offer is marked as redeemed

No GC's at Yonge Sheppard Centre. No GC's at Empress Walk.

Anyone been to the one at Woodside Square at McCowan & Finch and can confirm?

You didn't walk far enough up Yonge Street Face With Tears Of Joy... The Dollarama at Yonge and Wellesley had some... Right at the base of the stairs when you enter too.

I also bought some Dollarama gc $10 x 2 so I can spend them whenever I want and buy stuff in smaller denominations.

Haha ah there's a million Dollarama's on Yonge! I'll be down that way again this weekend so might pick up 1/2, not as many useful ones as elsewhere but i'll always spend a Tim's one sooner or later. Thanks for the data point!

It's CS @ DOLLARAM GC 877-850-1977

Which leads me to believe I might not get it for the gift card =(

Usually AMEX offers post the same day as the transaction posting and nothing yet... so GC might be no go
I’m in the same boat. I also had the buy 20 get 5 back offer on my other Amex. One of my 2 transactions have already been posted as redeemed . But the GC online purchases did not register Pouting Face

Geez. Don’t know how I missed it but it my offer with Marriott bonvoy business card it clearly says in the terms and conditions......GC purchases excluded . Oh well. Looks like I’m set with payment for purchases at dollarama for quite some time.

What's 500 points good for???
Converting them to Aeroplan miles (1:1) is usually the best use of them.

Thanks but do you like the $25 for 500 points? Doesn't sound that hot.

This is 20 Aeroplan Points for $1 spend. The highest bonus Membership Rewards card now gives 3 points for $1 spend (Platinum on dining out). So the earn rate is quite good, but of course 1K Aeroplan points total isn't worthwhile unless you have 10's of thousands of points that you collect. Otherwise, 500 points can cash out to $5 for statement credit on travel, so $5 off a $25 purchase - 20% off.

My $5 credit posted in case anyone was wary of buying a giftcard.
