Only saw the white with green colour at the Toronto Bloor/Bathurst location.

It won't say "fast charging" in the pull-down menu but it charges comparably fast. I've used many chargers on many Samsung phones.

Not sure. When I use it with the original USB cable from Apple, the battery icon on my iPad does not show the flashing lightening bolt to indicate that it is charging. However, it appears once I switch to a generic USB cable.

Whether fake or real belkin charger, the ipad doesnt differentiate. I’ve used fake belkin wall chargers and even other 3rd party chargers by reputable brands with no discrimination by the device.
