Good deal, but I much prefer thick tumbler-style glasses, I don't like the look of those.

Could save time for some local folks around. :)

Took one today at Bathurst and Steeles, North York (Vaughan). There are 3 more boxes left (under Coca-Cola glasses) ! Right now I need some decent whiskey.

Hey guys,

I found some at the Dollarama inside Dixie Outlet Mall.

There were still a few boxes when I checked this afternoon.

Good luck!

the whiskey glass, and any special glass in general, is designed to accumulate the vapours from the drink and thus aromas. cold drinks vapourize less and thus the need for a tulip / bulb shape is decreased (e.g. pint glass, white wine glass, champagne flute, etc.). the glasses are sized appropriate to the type of drink. ~1 oz for whiskey, ~5 oz for wine, ~ 20 oz for beer. some glasses are designed with the grip in mind: cognac are designed to fit in your palm to warm the drink from the heat of your hand, wine glasses are designed to be held by the stem so as to not warm the wine, beer steins have a handle to keep your hand away from the glass, etc.
