[Dollarama] Dollarama Deals (Dec 26, 2022)

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy Hannakah, Happy Boxing Day!

As seen at the Lansdowne Mall location in Richmond, BC.

These are the non-Dollarama branded products (ie. The hidden gems). Dollarama has decent Dollarama branded products but that's not the idea of my posts. I'm looking for the good stuff.

These products may not be restocked and are probably not typically carried.

Neat assortment of items. Too bad Dollarama doesn't have a Boxing Day/Week event like other retailers do. Good array of products to choose from. Nothing outstanding for my case from the current haul of pics. The "copper" scouring pads are a neat and different idea. Haven't seen those before. I'm sure they will oxidize and turn very dirty coloured in no time if they are pure copper, unlike steel wool which rusts.

Good pics and thanks to OP for getting up mighty early to post Dollarama findings on Boxing Day.
Why settle for full retail price when you can wait and get it at a lower price for better value (even better if there's a bundled freebies deal)? 😉

You're welcome!

Updated the OP with the PaintCrew Industrial Wipes.
$18.99 at Home Hardware! Not sure if they're just way overpriced.

I agree, some cool stuff there but nothing enticing enough to make me open my wallet. But thanks for all the pics…I have certainly benefited from these posts in the past .

Yup lots of interesting items. I was gonna pick up the Kikkerland drain brush but there was no price tag so didn't know if it was a good deal or not compared to Bed Bath and Beyond.

I think the Copper scouring pads have a very small percentage of copper. Copper is pricey so there's no way the whole thing is just made of copper. I'm guessing they're copper coated.

⬆ This is not meant as a disparaging post but OP, I'm curious, you have to love that stuff to be so regular and so invested in these threads. Do you buy a lot of this stuff? Is there a lot of junk where you live? I mostly look at these threads to see if there's anything I coud use and most of it is just junk I don't need. :)

Great question and I take no offence! I actually RARELY ever buy any of the items I post. So to answer your question, I have very little junk in my home.

I actually cringe when I see people with baskets full of stuff and I just think how so much of it will end up in landfills.

I think what I do love is the thrill of finding something useful to me and I find it in interesting how some products make it to Dollarama (things like the Ridgid hand tools, DeWalt drill bits, etc).

What I do buy though are their greeting cards (when there's a birthday or wedding to attend) and books.

Ive also bought their Betty Crocker parchment paper recently.

Some RFDers may remember when their was RainX car wash suds for $3. I bought a bunch and am on my last little bit. Man, the good ol days $3....this would easily be $5 today.

I was gonna also say that T&T is right next door to the Dollarama so I usually grab some groceries while I'm there too.

That's a good price for the sets of dice. I don't need more, but I might just buy more!

Great reply (upvoted). You are a good sport! To make a joke out of it: "I don't buy that junk, I just post it." Face With Tears Of Joy The ratio of junk to great find is amazing! I buy very little; I often come out empty handed. Yet I have a lot of (other) junk at my place; just not from Dollarama. Face With Tears Of Joy We agree, the thrill of finding something branded at a liquidation price. Save yourself some work and concentrate on those? Like a few years ago, they had quality face cloth (The Linen Chest quality) for $1. Also, +1 with the Greeting cards: $1 (still?) versus $2-3$ at SDM. It's extra frustrating here in Québec though as many of the good stuff doesn't show-up because the packaging is in English only.
