[Dollarama] Dollarama Deals (Jul 31, 2021)

As seen at the Landsdowne location in Vancouver, BC.

These are the non-Dollarama branded products (ie. The hidden gems).

I've taken the suggestion to date my post instead of doing different versions so you know how current it is.

These products may not be restocked and are probably not typically carried.

If you do can you post tablet size that fits?
Hoping a fire hd8 can fit (ideally with its case that is thick)

IMO the soap itself is fine. It's not "Cheap" or anything. It works, smells fine etc.. It's a solid brand of soap for the price, especially the refills. Why I personally bought method is the bottle. That tall beaker-esque pump in the 4th pic is great. It's solid, easy to hold control the amount that comes out and the best part is the straw goes all the way to the bottom. A lot of these soaps the straw/tube just almost goes to the bottom leaving soap left over. The Method tube goes all the way and even curves a bit. I bought 7 of them at one point just in case they stopped making them. I keep them aside for refilling.

Yes, it is thick and cuts through dirt and grime easily. The scents are not too overpowering but they are artificial and some smell quite fake -- I stick to the French Lavender. For a more natural smelling soap, I'd recommend Attitude or Mrs. Meyers. I use this soap in a foaming pump I got from Winners and it's never given me problems unlike cheaper, thinner soaps which don't make good foam.

Is the fillet knife any good, and were there chef or santoku knives as well?

A buddy of mine brought one a walleye trip this summer. It works fine. It's not as nimble as I'd like - a little too stiff and the hand guard gets in the way, but it gets the job done.

There were other knives but it's the "made for Dollarama" ones so they'll be pretty crappy.

Not sure if it's "good" but Method has quite a few cleaning products on the market so is say it's decent. Probably better than your typical Softsoap I'm guessing.

Thanks! Just bought some today off your recommendation. Needed to mentally refresh so I did a 3-hour deep clean and hated the look of the clunky Softsoap dispenser. Re-purposed a MUJI bottle and bought the Green Tea Method refill.

Unfortunately I couldn't find the little LED light at the Birchmount / Huntingwood Scarborough location. Would be perfect for zoom meetings. (Edit/// this reply was meant for an older post. Probably why I didn't see the product)

The Neutrogena ultraboost is a great deal, saw it "on sale" for $10.49 at Shoppers today. Not sure if someone in the beauty CPG world can comment about quality via the Dollarama channel though.
