[Dollarama] Dollarama Deals (Jun 20, 2022)

As seen at the Sherbrooke location in Montreal, Quebec.

Montreal was fun as usual! Next weeks post will be back in BC.

These are the non-Dollarama branded products (ie. The hidden gems). Dollarama has decent Dollarama branded products but that's not the idea of my posts. I'm looking for the good stuff.

These products may not be restocked and are probably not typically carried.

The Revlon Photoready Highlighting Palette sells at Walmart for $17.97: https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/revlon-pho ... lsrc=aw.ds

The microfiber polishing sponges are made in Germany for those that care.

Protects your sink? ;)

Seriously, it looks like it's for a double sink, and not so much to protect the sink as the dishes if you bash the dividing wall with a plate or a glass.

I suppose it might also protect the sink if you smash it with a heavy pot in the same motion?

It's wall decor.

Guess it would go in a man cave or gaming room.

I guess if u have a large pot or wok or something you would rest it on that middle portion of the sink. Or if you're washing it you might bang into the middle partition. Saves your sink from getting all scratched up.

Same idea as the sink protectors that you can buy that go on the bottom of the sink.

Yeah I was thinking not a stainless steel sink, but a fancy white one could be damaged (e.g. chipped or cracked).

Sorry didn't see any during my visit here.

Although I haven't seen them even at the BC stores in a long time.

Thank you. It’s been maybe 6 months at least since I last saw. They sometimes had decent ones I like.

Is this higher than the regular fixed hard plastic ones?

I find sometimes my food touches the top.

Collapsible is kind of a gimmick though and pain to wash, and more prone to breaking.

I see this thread every week and understand the upvotes for the OP for the work he puts in, but these "hidden gems" are nothing but junk for the landfill.

OP, I upvoted the thread for your troubles, but I really don't get the point of this junk, especially now that it's 5 Dollarama.

Thanks for the upvote! I understand what you mean but at the same time I think the definition of junk varies from person to person. Dollarama had not yet raised any prices to $5 from what I have seen.

There are in fact some hidden gems that are great deals: ie. Meguiars drying towel.

You may consider some knick knacks as junk, but many RFDers come on here to comment on products which helps everyone with their buying decision. Many also ask if someone has seen that product in their area, meaning they are interested in it and must find value to it. No disrespect but if you consider these hidden gems to be junk, then is everything Dollarama sells junk as well that is landfill material?
